The club
Project Padel Mayo is in Bunree Industrial Estate on the Bunree Road in Ballina, a few minutes from the town centre.
Ballina has four indoor padel courts, so you can play all year round whatever the weather.
You don't need your own kit. Rent a racket for €5 and buy balls at the club, then just bring runners and something to drink.
Padel is a doubles racket sport that mixes tennis and squash. The court is a third the size of a tennis court with glass walls, so rallies last longer and beginners pick it up quickly.
