At Project Padel, we’re building a vibrant community centered around community, health, and fitness. Whether you're new to padel or an experienced player, our courts offer a fun and inclusive space to improve your game and connect with others.

We have changing room and shower facilities onsite, so you can freshen up after your game and with Álainn open from 10am to 4pm, it’s the perfect spot to grab a post-match coffee or acai bowl.

Project Padel Loyalty Card Scheme -- Terms & Conditions

The Project Padel Loyalty Card Scheme rewards eligible registered users with one free court booking after completing nine qualifying paid court bookings.

By participating in the Scheme, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

How the Scheme Works

  • One loyalty credit/stamp will be awarded for each qualifying paid court booking made through the Project Padel booking system.
  • After nine qualifying paid court bookings have been completed, the participant will receive one free court booking ("Reward Booking").
  • Only completed and fully paid bookings qualify towards the Scheme.
  • Cancelled, refunded, complimentary, discounted, promotional or free bookings do not qualify unless expressly stated otherwise by Project Padel.

Eligibility

  • The Scheme is open to customers who have registered an account with the Project Padel Matchpoint booking system.
  • Participants must use their registered account when making bookings in order to collect loyalty credits.
  • Each participant may only maintain one loyalty card/account.
  • The Scheme is intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

Reward Booking

  • The 10th court booking is free and applies to court hire only.
  • Reward Bookings are subject to court availability.
  • The free booking cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative service.
  • Additional charges including equipment rental, coaching, guest fees or other extras are excluded unless otherwise stated.
  • Reward Bookings must be redeemed within 6 months of qualification.
  • The loyalty card and Reward Booking may only be used by the person named on the card/account.
  • The person redeeming the free court booking must be the same person who earned the Reward Booking.
  • Project Padel reserves the right to request identification or account verification when redeeming a Reward Booking.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Standard booking and cancellation policies apply to all bookings including Reward Bookings.
  • If a Reward Booking is cancelled outside the permitted cancellation window or results in a no-show, the Reward Booking may be forfeited.
  • Project Padel reserves the right to remove loyalty credits where bookings are cancelled, refunded or found to be in breach of these Terms.

Fraud, Misuse & Non-Transferability

  • Loyalty credits, loyalty cards and Reward Bookings are strictly non-transferable.
  • Loyalty credits and Reward Bookings may only be used through the registered account that earned them.
  • Loyalty credits have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, shared or combined with another account.
  • Any altered, damaged, duplicated or tampered loyalty cards will be deemed invalid and may not be accepted by Project Padel.
  • Any suspected misuse or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of loyalty credits and removal from the Scheme.

Changes & Termination

Project Padel reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Scheme and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be published on the Project Padel website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

 

Project Padel Student Racket Rental Offer -- Terms & Conditions

Project Padel offers eligible students 50% off standard racket rental fees ("Student Offer").

By using this offer, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Offer Details

  • Eligible students will receive 50% off the standard racket rental price.
  • The offer applies to racket rental only and does not apply to court bookings, coaching sessions, balls, merchandise or any other products or services.
  • The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative products/services.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or special offer unless otherwise stated by Project Padel.

Eligibility

  • The Student Offer is available to customers with a valid student ID.
  • A valid physical student ID must be presented at reception before the racket rental is issued.
  • Project Padel reserves the right to refuse the discount where valid student identification cannot be provided.

Misuse

  • The Student Offer is strictly for use by the student named on the student ID presented.
  • Any misuse, fraudulent use or attempted misuse of the Student Offer may result in refusal of the discount and/or removal of access to future promotions.

Changes & Withdrawal

Project Padel reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Student Offer at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
